About Precast Solutions

At Precast Solutions, we like to say concrete runs in our veins (though our doctors advise against it). Our story started back in 2001 when Todd Workman founded Workman Precast, building a reputation for quality and dependability across Nebraska. In 2025, we gave the business a fresh name—Precast Solutions—but we’re still the same hardworking team, just with a sharper logo.

Our ownership group is proudly local to Louisville and Springfield, Nebraska, and between us, we’ve racked up more years in concrete than we’d like to admit:

• Scott Wilson has been in precast for over 40 years (that’s older than some of the trucks we drive).
• Dalton Daeges got his start working in precast while in college—swapping textbooks for rebar and discovering he liked blue collar business a whole lot better.
• Kip Fuxa owns and operates a construction company, adding a broad perspective on building projects from the ground up. 
• Travis Moore owns a successful flatwork company bringing years of hands- on concrete experience.
• William Wilson, our Project Manager, is a seasoned small-business owner turned project-taming pro who brings years of experience and standout customer service to the team. He turns big ideas into smooth outcomes—and our clients love him for it.

We bring that mix of experience, grit, and a good sense of humor to everything we do. Because at the end of the day, concrete should be solid, your project should last, and working with us should feel a whole lot easier than it looks on paper.
